Returns Policy

Is the item which you ordered not as expected? Don't worry, we got you covered!

Of course we try to describe the item as much as we can with photo's and short description, but sometimes an item is just not as expected. When you buy items online you have certain rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations) to return them. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please fill out the Returns form provided on our Site within 14 days of your purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

Returns criteria:
  • Unwanted items must be unused, undamaged and have to be within their original packaging.
  • We don't offer a refund when you damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund.
